My name is Josephine, but people usually call me by Fairy or Nice (stylized as "nice♡")!I'm an Asian-American (Chinese-Indonesian) illustrator and designer. I specialize in creating digital illustrations, but I also draw in traditional mediums. By submitting your inquiry to me, you agree to the following terms and process:
I have the right to refuse any commission inquiries for any reason, without having to supply the exact reason.
My illustration commissions are strictly for non-commercial, personal use. If you would like to commission me for commercial purposes, the prices will differ. Please contact me directly to discuss your project!
My art and designs may not be used or minted as non-fungible tokens/NFTS.
Payment is taken before the commission is started through PayPal invoices. If you would like a refund after I have started, the amount of work that I have done will be subtracted from the total refund count.
Commissions inquiries are not accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and are based on my availability at the time of opening. If I don't get to yours in the opening that you submit the form on, please re-fill out the form on the next slot opening if you're still interested in commissioning me.
I reserve to decide whether or not to stream the process of your commission or if I post the commission onto my public social media accounts. If you would like your commission to be anonymous, private, or posted on a specific date, please let me know in the form.
I will do my best to keep you informed on the state of your commission - commissioners are also free to ask for updates as well. With each step (sketch, lines, etc.), I send out periodic work-in-progress shots. I am only able to work on any changes needed before I begin the next step of the commission, so please be specific when requesting any adjustments. Only small changes will be made after the work is completed. Large adjustments after the sketch phase may present additional charges.

If you have a specific deadline for the artwork, please let me know on the form so I am able to take it into account. Commission requests that need to be made in 14 days or less will have a rush charge applied (up to double the price depending on the complexity of the commission + the amount of rush, designated as I see fit).
I am currently working on a commercial project and do not have estimated dates for commissions. The time taken will range based on the number of commissions in the current batch that I'm working on, but you will be updated when I start and throughout the process!
The full-sized .PNG image will be given upon completion. No physical item will be shipped in exchange for this transaction. I will supply a watermarked version and an unwatermarked version.
